Course Description:

The one-day symposium is targeted at clinical instructors and SCCE's of physical therapy programs on a wide array of topics requested by clinical instructors including:
1. Promoting Master Adaptive Learners in the Clinical Setting focused on a framework to help coach students through challenges.
2. Networking roundtable discussion focused on strategies to address barriers, challenges and biases faced in clinical education and effectiveness of mass communication strategies with suggested improvements.
3. Navigating CI-Student Challenges with Curiosity and Coaching focused on strategies in addressing differences in personality, social styles, learning styles and communication styles.
4. Formulating feedback to guide students to success by promoting a growth mindset to work through student mistakes and promote student confidence.
