Course Description:

This two-day hands-on course will instruct novice physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in select evidence-based manual therapy treatment strategies/techniques targeting the lumbar spine, sacroiliac joints, and hip joints ribs for individuals of all ages. A concise review of the relevant anatomy, biomechanics, arthrokinematics, age related changes, significant assessment findings, and clinical prediction rules will be covered for each area. Streamlined examination and embedded test-treat-retest elements will be detailed to allow for efficient and effective evaluation.
