Course Description:

This training is part of a grant-funded Knowledge Translation project aimed at improving guideline-consistent care for patients with low back pain in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation practice. The project uses the Knowledge-to-Action cycle to guide full development and implementation of a clinical pathway to include screening for psychosocial risk factors, pain neuroscience education and referral to the Empowered Relief™ intervention.
