Course Description:

This 1-hour course introduces physical therapists to the unique clinical considerations of special populations whose occupational or performance demands extend beyond traditional patient groups.
Participants will explore biomechanical, psychosocial, and environmental factors influencing injury risk, rehabilitation, and performance optimization in industrial workers, performing artists, circus artists, and tactical athletes.
Through case-based learning, therapists will identify evidence-informed strategies to enhance assessment, program design, and return-to-performance outcomes.
