Course Description:
Modern rehabilitation demands more than stretching tight muscles or chasing trigger points. This interactive 3-hour course explores the biomechanical and neuromuscular science behind true movement re-education, emphasizing the pivotal role of the hamstrings in restoring functional balance, alignment, and performance. Participants will learn how variable, programmable resistance — independent of speed and gravity — can effectively retrain muscle tone, inhibit overactive hip flexors, and normalize reciprocal movement patterns across the kinetic chain.
The session combines evidence-based lecture, live demonstration, and practical applications designed for everyday clinic integration. Attendees will also explore real-world business models and strategies for introducing new therapeutic tools and programs into practice, ensuring both clinical and operational success.
Clinicians will leave with a renewed understanding of how to evaluate, activate, and sustain balanced movement — moving beyond symptomatic approaches like dry needling and foam rolling toward a modern, neuromuscular model of re-education that delivers measurable change.
