Course Description:

Physical therapists must use evidence-based measures validated across the continuum of care to predict a patient's outcome and inform their treatment plan. Through a series of case studies, this course models best practices in the application and interpretation of three evidence-based stroke outcome measures for post-acute settings, the Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke (PASS), Stroke Impact Scale (SIS), and Stroke Rehabilitation Assessment of Movement (STREAM).
