Course Description:

This course helps occupational and physical therapists in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) understand Section GG of the Minimum Data Set (MDS). Participants will learn how to accurately score Section GG items and how scoring relates to SNF quality measures and reimbursement. Additionally, the course explores strategies rehab therapists can take to enhance patient outcomes and SNF quality measures. This course teaches physical and occupational therapists their role in accurate Section GG scoring and the influence on quality ratings.
