Course Description:

Purpose: Periodization and programming for therapist`s is a course focused on empowering clinicians with the framework to adequately periodize and program for their patients.
Structure: In person and/or self paced online modules that will include periodic labs to work on incorporating information learned into programming scenarios. Labs will include patient scenarios that allow the participant to practice utilizing the information being taught. At the completion of the material a 16 question exam (with a 12 correct requirement) will be administered to support competency of the material.
Prior knowledge: No prior knowledge on the topic of periodization and programming is needed to participate in this course.
