Course Description:

The KCOI Culture in Action training series is a five‑session program designed to help current and aspiring lead employees strengthen their leadership and communication skills. Each 1–2 hour class focuses on practical strategies that promote self‑awareness, effective communication, teamwork, and confidence in navigating everyday workplace challenges. Participants will also learn techniques for resolving conflict and de‑escalating tense situations, all with the goal of fostering a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment.
